Another Attempt to Start Running Again with a Soundtrack from Kansas – The Prelude Implicit
So I had babysitting duties today with my granddaughter Zoe. Missy had to go to work earlier than usual so I had to be there by 7:30. The good thing about that was Missy got home a little after 3, which meant that I would be home by 3:30 or so and that meant there would be time to run today.
I haven’t run since I don’t know when, I just can’t seem to get motived to find the time. But Saturday I turned 65 and my wife asked if I needed new running shoes or was I not going to run anymore? Of course I am going to run again, I responded, probably a little unconvincingly.Anyway, this afternoon was a perfect time to start again, or at least make an attempt to start again. I have done that several times this year! But it does look like I will only have to babysit Zoe again on Wednesday this week. So I should be off on Friday to run again.
