So last night was one of those days when you get to feel older and it’s not your birthday! Andrew my second son turns 30 today and last night his girlfriend Meaghan threw him a wonderful party! Lot’s of great food and desserts along with great guests! 
Kathy started the flood of memories with this fanatastic card she made Andrew. It’s been a long womderful trip from 0 for two seasons in Little League to now, oh how the time flew!!
Then she continued the flow of memories with these picks that were placed on the food table! It was a great night and a good time with Nick, Peter and Missy and lots of Andrew’s new friends and family. The only one missing was Elizabeth, but her presence was felt throught her present!
Go Phils! Speaking of Elizabeth she is busy and doing well at William and Mary. Currently she is working on a group project for one of her classes. They were asked to find a way to involve the W&M community (and beyond) on a topic affecting women. They are speaking to groups on campus and have a table set up to raise awareness. It was Elizabeth’s idea to create a Facebook page – I Am a Feminist Because. So go take a visit and while you’re there get out some paper write a note and send a picture!! Great Job Elizabeth!
And the musical connection….. both Andrew and Nick, Nick more than Andrew, were rocked to sleep to Jerry Jeff’s “Mr Bojangles”. Andrew was also rocked to Hank Williams. Jr. “A Country Boy Can Survive” but Hank you know has been such a jerk lately…
